Nama Fatin Shidqia Lubis sempat menjadi sorotan publik akhir-akhir ini.

Itu dikarenakan Fatin Shidqia Lubis sempat bersetru dengan penyanyi dangdut kenamaan, Iis Dahlia.

Hal ini bermula saat Iis Dahlia tak terima jika Fatin Shidqia menyinggungnya dengan video yang dibuat Fatin di insta storynya atas video peserta audisi KDI, Waode Sofia yang viral.

Sontak saja perseteruan pun hadir di tengah Fatin Shidqia dan Iis Dahlia.

Melihat hal tersebut, tak sedikit warganat yang menganggap jika hal tersebut adalah sebuah settingan semata.

Namun melalui channel youtube milik Anji Manji, Fatin Shidqia menjelaskan dengan tegas jika hal tersebut bukanlah sebuah gimmick.

"Tidak, sama sekali enggak. Aku kan berasal dari acara talent show juga. Pasti ada gimmick-gimmicknya.
Tapi aku berpegang teguh kalau dunia hiburan itu to entertain, to educate, to persuade gitu," kata Fatin.

"Kalau misalnya enggak tiga itu, ya buat apa ada (acaranya)," tambahnya.

Selain pertanyaan tersebut, ada pertanyaan lain yang menanyakan reaksi Fatin Shidqia ketika dibilang st*pid oleh Iis Dahlia.

"Makanya aku sekolah. Kan aku mikirnya emang masih haus banget sama ilmu-ilmu yang ada di dunia ini," ujar Fatin.


Sempat dicap stu*id oleh Iis Dahlia nyatanya Fatin Shidqia mampu menunjukkan kepiawaian dirinya di belantika musik tanah air.

Membawakan lagu Sigulempong yang berasal dari Sumatera Utara Fatin Shidqia mampu menyedot perhatian publik.
