PAM (38) oknum guru di salah satu SMA di Denpasar tersangka kasus pemerkosaan terhadap siswinya sendiri, segera diadili. Sidang dengan agenda pembacaan surat dakwaan akan dilaksanakan tanggal 16/7/2018, ujar jaksa Putu Oka Surya Atmaja.
Dilansir dari jawapos.com (15/7/2018), Kasipidum Kejari Denpasar Arief Wirawan menyatakan, pelimpahan tersangka beserta barang bukti dari pihak kepolisian telah diterima. Tersangka akan diproses dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak.

PAM dilaporkan kepolisian karena kelakuan bejat dan tak bermoral pada Januari lalu sekitar pukul 13.30 Wita. PAM diduga menggauli siswinya secara paksa dan ancaman. Korban yang masih berusia 17 tahun itu tak berdaya di hotel di kawasan Jalan Hayam Wuruk Denpasar.

Menurut berkas laporan, oknum guru ini menggunakan ancaman akan memberikan nilai jelek dan tidak menaikkan kelas sang murid jika tak menuruti nafsu bejatnya. Tak terima anak gadisnya diperkosa secara paksa dan di bawah ancaman, sang Ibu langsung melaporkan kejadian ke Mapolresta Denpasar dan selanjutnya mengamankan tersangka.

Lihat tumbuh kembang anak SMA jaman now memang mengerikan ya. Guru yang harusnya bernoral juga bisa khilaf. Yang wanita ya jaga aurat, yang Pria ya jaga pandangan.
